a- Be a member of EGA.
b- Pay the dues specified.
c- Accepted art works by the Jury, with details of each art work: Name, size expressed in centimeters & inches, medium, & a short description.
d- Sign the agreement with EGA for the event, & selling Price of each art work.
e- Respect the rules of the event in details.
f- Updated Bio by artist.
g- Have a valid Passport & the required Visa/s.
h- Ticket.
i- Arrange own accommodation.
Cancellation for events, not membership, is refundable if done within 3 days from signing the contract, as many other logistics & managerial actions will be made, like event catalogue, booking the booth, advertising the event, etc….
